Connect & Restore: A Summer Half Day Retreat

A morning to fully step away from it all, to disconnect from life and reconnect with yourself. The morning centres around a key point in the year, the half way mark of 2026. It’s will be a chance to reflect on the first 6 months and where this has taken you. Whilst then giving you space to focus on what you want for the 6 months ahead. The day will start with a welcome circle and 60 min Vinyasa Yoga Flow. The movement practice will specifically work on building energy and heat within the body. There will chance to take it steady and work slowly through the movement or layer challenges where suitable for you. After taking time to move and connect on a physical level we will then slow things right down and move into a 30 minute guided breathwork practice designed to calm your nervous system and allow you to fully let go. There will be time after this practice to journal, step outside or just relax before enjoying local sourced brunch with the rest of the group. To finish our morning off we will then have time to enjoy the incredible onsite outdoor spa garden. This includes sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi and fire pit.
