STARTS WEDS ​1ST JULY 5.15PM FOR 4 WEEKS £80 PER PERSON ​ Did you know Pilates is not just Reformer & Mat but a whole series of apparatus that intertwine together, complement one another and help you reach those out of reach places far easier?​ From the Reformer to Cadillac, Wunda Chair to Barrels.....together, it’s like Avengers Assemble…each one brings their own thing to the table and together they make a hell of a team. ​ ​ ​ Like mat based pilates, Apparatus sessions work your whole body to support and build strength as well as improve flexibility and balance. Combining these things can lead to daily life improvements like better posture & balance, more efficient movements, and for many, relief from pain such as low back pain. Intrigued….want to give it a go? Learn the basics of the Apparatus, as well as safety of the equipment, in this 4 week - small group beginners course. The Course will give you all the tools, experience and confidence you need to join my Pilates - Small Group Classical Apparatus sessions. ​ ​ ​ Book your space now and start your journey to a stronger, leaner and more toned body! ​ ​ SPACES LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE PER SESSION!
