These instruments with their distinctive, textures, qualities and harmonics can facilitate, relaxation and an altered state of consciousness (ASC) welcoming more unified thinking, self-awareness, openness, creativity, and energetic shifts. This special Sound journeying is a ceremony where the space will have an intention for self-reflection and co-creation through sound. This event is limited to 30 people and registration is required. Everybody is welcome. You do not need to have any knowledge or experience with meditation. Please come in comfortable warm clothes, and bring a mat if you would like to lie down.
