Wine Dinner: Klein Constantia

@ An intimate series of wine dinners pairing leading producers with a five-course menu by Michael Caines, hosted in The Stafford’s historic cellar. First, on 18th June from 6:30pm, we welcome Klein Constantia, one of South Africa’s most historic estates, founded in 1685 and set on the slopes of the Constantiaberg. Internationally recognised for its precision and balance, the estate is perhaps best known for Vin de Constance, a naturally sweet wine with a long-standing reputation that has been enjoyed for centuries.
