Nature's Rhythms: Summer Solstice

Nature’s Rhythms: Summer Solstice Honour the nature in you. Workshops to support your body, mind + soul through seasonal change. Led by Lizzy Place at Sunshine Cafe & Yoga. Step into Summer with celebration, community, movement + meditation. Beginning with a warming breathwork practice, followed by saluting the sun and an Agni (fire) themed yoga flow. The focus of our movement practice is opening the heart, which is associated with the Summer season in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We’ll slow down, prectice a cooling breathwork before a guided meditation for abundance and manifestation. This Solstice celebration will be closed with tea, a sweet treat & oracle cards.
