Worcestershire Way Walk

Worcestershire Way Walk Friday, 3 July 2026 Challenge yourself to an unforgettable journey through 31 miles of stunning Worcestershire countryside. Why take part? This is more than a walk—it’s an adventure, a test of endurance, and a way to make a real difference. With every step, you’ll be helping St Richard’s Hospice provide vital care and support to those who need it most. Push your limits and conquer all 31 miles in a day! Start in Bewdley (5:45–6:30 am), refuel with a buffet lunch at The Talbot in Knightwick, and celebrate your achievement at The Red Lion, Malvern (WR14 4RG). Support includes water stations, marshals, and optional sports massages. What’s included in your registration fee? A fully supported walk including a Digital map Qualified mobile first aider Additional route signage on the day Fabulous homemade cakes and a cuppa in Abberley Water stations with sweets! Manned check in points Friendly hospice staff and volunteers, who you will see ‘pop up’ along route A delicious buffet lunch at the Talbot, Knightwick The opportunity to have your tired legs soothed by a sports massage therapist A unique Worcestershire Way Walk pin badge A finish that ends in a pub!

Worcester City Runs 2026

Worcester City Runs Sunday, 13 September 2026 Join #TeamSRH for the 2026 Worcester City Run and help raise funds towards our care! Taking place along the banks of the River Severn, through Worcester City and areas of beautiful countryside. Take on the challenge of either the 10k or half Marathon route and help to support our care. All participants will receive a t-shirt, medal and goody bag. Pledge to raise £100 for the 10k race and £200 for the half Marathon and receive a FREE charity place. 10k start time: 9:15am Half Marathon start time: 9:35am Both routes include: Traffic Free, picturesque course through the heart of Worcester Premium goody bag Finisher’s medal Technical running t-shirt Electronic chip timing On course water station Secure bag drop Access to post race sports massage/physio Full fundraising support from St Richard’s fundraising team For event FAQ’s please click here. Paddle, Plod and Pedal

Paddle, Plod & Pedal Saturday, 26 September 2026 This multi-discipline challenge returns for another year! This event follows a circular 39 mile route through beautiful Worcestershire countryside along the Rivers Avon and Severn and quiet country lanes. Challengers will: Paddle from Pershore to Tewkesbury Plod from Tewkesbury to Severn Stoke Pedal back to Pershore This is an all-day challenge for teams of up to 10 to compete at their own pace – a real test of endurance but it’s not a race. Teams of up to 10 people will set off in the bell boats from 7am. Each element of the challenge is between 10 and 12 miles, which will be completed as a team at their own pace. Challengers will then be welcomed back in Pershore at the end of the challenge for well deserved refreshments and a medal to celebrate their success. Costs: There is no entry fee for this challenge, however we would like you to pledge to raise £200pp or more per person towards our hospice care.
