Play some crazy golf in the gardens as part of Summer of Play. Book your tickets, tee your ball, and swing! Complete the 9-hole course in the Arboretum, keep score, and see if you can get a hole in one! The crazy golf course is suitable for all ages (recommended 4+) Tickets are £3.50 per person to play and a score card is included. Pre-booking is advised to avoid disappointment, limited tickets will be available to purchase on the day at the visitor centre. Please note normal admission applies. Your ticket will show an arrival window. To help manage queues, please arrive at the Arboretum to start your crazy golf game within your allocated window. The Raving Bathing Belles

Oh we do like to be beside the seaside! Join the Walking Theatre Company's Raving Bathing Belles for vintage seaside fun and a splashingly good time during Summer of Play. The batty Belles will be going walkabout in the gardens to bring seaside fun and games to Anglesey Abbey on Thursday 23 July, 6 August and 20 August. Walkabout performances are included in normal admission. There's no need to book. Performances will be perfect for all ages.

Exhibition: The Art of Collecting – 100 Years of the Fairhaven Legacy

In 1926 Urban Huttleston Rogers Broughton, the 1st Lord Fairhaven, along with his brother Henry, bought Anglesey Abbey house and gardens. Over the next 40 years, Lord Fairhaven shaped the house into a unique home – designing new rooms and spaces which he filled with an eclectic collection of historic objects and artwork. Upon his death in 1966, the house, gardens and collection were handed over to the National Trust to be enjoyed by the public. This summer’s exhibition looks at Lord Fairhaven’s love of collecting, the treasures accumulated during his four decades at Anglesey Abbey, and his vision for the legacy he left behind: 'My thought and hope is that in a changing world the house, its furniture and the gardens and their lay-out should be preserved and kept representative of an age and a way of life that is quickly passing' This exhibition is free for National Trust members and included in an admission ticket for visitors. We look forward to welcoming you.

Pokémon joins Anglesey Abbey's Summer of Play

Join us for a Summer of Play that takes you on a journey back through the decades. We'll be bringing back some favourite activities - including the sand pit - and introducing new ones, each themed around a different decade as part of our centenary celebrations. Plus, come along each Wednesday for creative craft workshops. Calling Pokémon fans new and old! This Summer of Play, Pokémon are jumping into the great outdoors near you.
