Open Farm Sunday at Stepney City Farm

Come along to Stepney City Farm to see how small scale urban farming can work in harmony with the environment. We showcase different breeds of livestock kept to high welfare standards along with environmental and sustainable growing. Visitors have the opportunity to see the animals and growing areas of the farm and explore some educational activities for children and families. The farm is free to enter, but donations are welcome. Animal feed grass pellets can be purchased on the day to feed some of the livestock (please not that we limit the food available each day for animal welfare) About this farm: Stepney City Farm is a 4.5 Acre mixed working City Farm in the heart of London aiming to engage local people with learning about food and farming Highlights: Sheep; Pigs; Poultry; Other livestock; Vegetables; Salads; Flowers and plants; Environmental stewardship Booking details: link to follow
