Come along to our Friday Art Club hosted by Leggies from Young People Cornwall. Art Club is a chilled-out space where you can unwind, create, and be yourself. When: Every Friday Time: 4:00 – 5:00 pm Where: The Basement, Helston Ages: 11–18 (school students & home-educated young people welcome) Art Club is open to anyone aged 11–18 . Whether you come on your own or with friends, you’ll find a relaxed and welcoming space to de-stress creatively. What You Can Expect Get Creative: Try different art activities and express yourself freely Relaxed Vibes: A friendly, supportive environment where you can chill out Time to Unwind: Leave stress at the door and enjoy an hour just for you Bring Your Imagination No art experience needed at all! ELECTRIC ROCK COLLECTIVE 31 May – 9 August Ages 11-18 | 10 x Sunday Workshops | 12 noon – 4pm £50 for the full course – Just £5 per week (Supported by South Kerrier Alliance CIC) BOOK HERE Who are the Electric Rock Collective? Imagine as many musicians as possible, all playing together in perfect sync—big energy, big sound, big vibes (think mass rock performances for inspiration!). Now imagine you playing in that collective with friends old and new! Now imagine that you’ve practiced for 10 weeks and now your live on stage at Coronation Park. Stop imagining and JOIN US… When: May: 31 June: 7, 14, 21, 28 July: 5, 12, 19 August: 2, 9 12.00 PM – 4:00 PM Cost: £50 for all 10 sessions The grand finale? A live performance at Busk It! on August 16th! What Happens Over the 10 weeks? SESSION 1: Meet The Collective FIRST: Get to know everyone through icebreakers and a casual jam session and then learn a song as a whole collective (Electric Orcestra) We’ll figure out who plays what and at what level. THEN: We choose a song YOU want to learn (within your genre—rock, pop, indie, whatever your groove is). We start working on it together and getting the basics down. This is where the magic starts—strangers become bandmates. SESSIONS 2 -9: Make It Sound Good PRACTICE, practice, practice.

Little Triples Theatre Club 3 August – 7 August Ages 5-11 | Monday – Friday | 8.30 – 3.30pm BOOK HERE A week long Summer Club for children who enjoy performance, singing and dancing. Children will build a play in a week to perform to family and friends on the Friday afternoon. Led by Professional Education and performance teacher Marc Jenyon with support from HN Dance Collective. The days will be packed full with games and activities that build on performance strengths and individual talents. Some will become lead actors, others narrators and everyone will take part in the ensemble and choruses. The more confident may sing a solo, or perform a specific dance piece as part of the final story. Participants need to come in comfortable easy to move clothes, bring a packed lunch and a water bottle. Final show performance for family and friends will be on Friday afternoon from 2pm-3.30pm. When: Monday August 3 – Friday August 7, 8.30am – 3.30pm Cost: £100 for the week *Sibling discounts are available please contact for more details.
