Save the Date – Collaboration Event with Southdown Gun Club

We’re excited to announce a special joint event hosted in collaboration with Southdown Gun Club, a unique summer gathering that brings together great drinks, good company, and a memorable setting. Join us on Saturday 13th June for an afternoon and evening experience designed to celebrate the best of the season. Expect a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, with curated tastings, social moments, and more details to be revealed soon. Clays & Corks – Experience day at Southdown Gun Club

Clays and Corks is a fantastic new experience where guests can spend a wonderful afternoon in the heart of the beautiful Southdown National Park. It’s a great opportunity to try your hand at clay target shooting at an award-winning ground. The session will be fully instructed, with all equipment provided for those taking part. Once shooting has concluded, guests can relax and take in the views with a chilled glass of wine from the Digby bar, accompanied by a locally sourced venison barbecue provided by the Southdown Street Food Revolution team. What’s not to like? A summer’s day in the countryside, trying a new sport, then unwinding with fine English sparkling wine and a superb venison BBQ. It’s a great event to bring a partner to, even if they just want to enjoy the wine! For more experienced shooters, there will be a 30-target competition, with prizes of Digby sparkling wine awarded to both experienced participants and “have-a-go” entrants. This is a members’ event for Digby and Southdown; however, everyone is welcome to get involved and see what it’s all about. We wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on what promises to be a truly memorable day. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available, along with non-alcoholic drink choices. Digby After Dark

When the cellar door closes, the music turns up. Join us one Friday a month for Digby After Dark, an evening of live music in our tasting room from 8:00pm – 10:30pm. Each event features a different artist, with styles ranging from acoustic soul and jazz to indie, folk and beyond, so no two nights are ever the same. Your ticket includes: Entry to the event A glass of fizz on arrival Throughout the evening, snacks and our full menu will be available to order at your table, so you can settle in and make a night of it. If you’d like to start your evening a little earlier, we recommend booking a table before 8pm to enjoy some fizz ahead of the music. Spaces are limited – advance booking is recommended.
