Join me, Vikki for a regular monthly Saturday evening Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra at Charlton Marshall Village Hall. These evening sessions, which are on the SOCIAL PRESCRIPTION directory at the Doctors surgery, are designed as a monthly pause point. A place to gently step out of the week, settle the nervous system, and arrive into the weekend feeling more grounded, spacious, and at ease. Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, grounding low frequency instruments, and guided Yoga Nidra, I’ll support you into a deeply restful, lower brainwave state where the body can soften, release accumulated tension, and recalibrate without effort. This is a practice of rest rather than doing. **there are no asanas, this is NOT a yoga class**A chance to be held in sound and guided rest.
