Sound baths are a powerful practice that uses sacred instruments to restore harmony within the body and mind. So called, because you are ‘bathed’ in sounds. Through vibrations and frequencies, a sound bath guides you into a deeply relaxed state, helping to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional and physical healing.

This Summer Holiday, pre-school age children and their grown-ups can get stuck-in with arts and crafts. We’ll be gluing, sticking, cutting, painting, and having an all-round good time with our imaginations, with toys set up for those who just want to play.
