Advance Booking Required: To ensure we can prepare equipment and instructors, bookings must be made by 10:00am on the Friday before the event (at least 24 hours before the first session). What Should I Wear? For your safety and comfort, please wear closed-toe shoes that fully cover your feet, such as trainers, walking shoes or sturdy outdoor footwear. As you’ll be exploring woodland paths and taking part in active outdoor activities, flip-flops, sliders, slippers, Crocs, high heels, stilettos and other open-toe footwear are not suitable.
