Our Broadway Boogie Kids workshops are back! Get the kids active during the summer holidays with our fun and energetic dance fitness class for 4-13 year olds. Inspired by all things stage and screen, we have a musical medley playlist that helps them to stay fit and active and portray a variety of their favourite characters from the stage and screen. The choreography is easy to follow and the class allows them to build confidence, meet new people, use their imagination and just have fun whilst keeping active. Practical Pilates Energise Wake up, feel energised and boost your mood for the rest for the day. Ideal for before work or before you get on with the rest of the day. You don’t need be super fit but you want to improve on your fitness and you’re relatively healthy. You like to challenge yourself and/or you just really like the feeling afterwards! The classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels as options will be given to suit every BODY. Practical Pilates Evolve is a class for a wide range of abilities and skills. You will be encouraged to get to know YOUR body so you can adapt any exercise to suit how you feel on the day. If you are in great health you’ll be given lots of opportunities to progress and evolve. If you’ve got a few challenging areas and/or injuries you’ll be supported to find modifications and adaptions so that you can move with ease despite any limitations. This class is perfect for people who want to stay active for the rest of their lives. Your body might not be able to do the things it used to do but you want to stay as fit as you can for as long as you can. We slow things down in this class. We focus on restorative movements, movement that feels good to do and at the same time will support you with the strength and mobility needed for your daily tasks (like balance). You’ll feel great from having used your body and the extra confidence it gives you for the rest of the day/week.
