Join us to search for Glow Worms on a walk till late on a summer evening. We will meet at Green Porch Close at 8:30pm and take a walk out along the Creek edge using iRecord as we go to monitor and record. Please book via Eventbrite

Frisbee Golf & Cornhole Game

Frisbee golf is a flying disc sport in which players throw a disc at a target, it is played using rules similar to golf. Players complete a hole by throwing a disc from a tee area toward a target, throwing again from where the previous throw landed, until the target is reached. Cornhole is a lawn game popular in North America in which players or teams take turns throwing fabric bean bags at a raised, angled board with a hole in its far end. The goal of the game is to score points by either landing a bag on the board (one point) or putting a bag through the hole (three points).

Your new Neighbourhood Beat officer PC 13369 Jez Chittim will be holding a monthly surgery, on a Tuesday from 1pm – 2pm, in the new community hub “Space” at Milton Creek Country Park. This is your opportunity to raise any concerns you may have and to find out what he is doing to tackle the issues that matter to you. Everyone is welcome and please share this message with anyone that you would feel would benefit from attendance.

Flutter-by Trail and Crafts with Anna Outdoors

Follow a trail around the park and spot pictures of some of Milton Creek’s beautiful butterflies and marvellous moths. As you flutter along see if you can collect clues to uncover the name of our missing moth. Head back to the community and education hub ‘Space’ to collect your sticker and create some crafts inspired by nature to take home.
