Summer Social Run @ Glasshouse

This is a FREE social run every fortnight. Join me and other like-minded runners for a guided OFF ROAD run of approximately 8-9km. You are advised to wear trail shoes for this event, especially if it has been wet. We welcome runners who have never experienced trail running before, but please ensure you are capable of covering the distance – any questions please ask! The pace will be leisurely – it’s not a race, but you should be confident in running this distance off road, and there will probably be some hills involved. There will be a lead runner to guide the route and a tail runner to make sure no one gets left behind. The route will take just over an hour, but maybe a bit longer depending on our pace.
