The Big Comedy Roadshow

Scotland’s Biggest and Best Live Comedy Tour A rip-roaring night of the very best live stand-up comedy starring the TV names you know and love alongside some of the hottest up-and-coming talent. Presented by Scotland’s original home of live comedy Gilded Balloon, this is the ultimate night out for comedy fans! “Will make you laugh, a lot, simple as” - British Comedy Guide. Acclaimed young comedian Chloe Petts is our November headliner, having appeared on shows such as ‘Have I Got News For You’, ‘Live at the Apollo’ and ‘Bake Off: An Extra Slice’. She is joined by award-winning comedian Ian Smith, best known for ‘8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown’, and Ayo Adenekan, ISH Comedy Award winner and writer for SNL UK. Completing the lineup is Samira Banks, winner of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? competition, with the accomplished Jay Lafferty as MC. *Line-up is subject to change in exceptional circumstances. In the event of a line-up alteration, a performer of similar calibre will be added. Chloe Petts is “one of the most compelling young comics” (Brian Logan, The Guardian) and “clearly a rising star whose name will soon be in lights” (Bruce Dessau, The Evening Standard). Petts’ TV credits include ‘Have I Got News For You’ (BBC 1), as well as ‘Live at the Apollo’ (BBC) and ‘Bake Off: An Extra Slice’ (Channel 4). They have also appeared on the ‘Off Menu’ podcast, and co-hosted ‘The Guilty Feminist’.
