Tavistock Care Cafe – Since April, the Tavistock Care Cafe has been welcoming those who are bereaved or grieving, or have caring responsibilities, to coffee, cake and a chance to talk. If you feel you or someone you know would benefit, do join us in the Upper Hall of Tavistock Methodist Church (for newcomers to Tavi, the church is next to the bus station and opposite the Library).

Vicariate for Catechesis & Evangelisation: A Deeper Dive into the Catechism of the Catholic Church Begins Summer Term 2026. Spend just one hour a week with others online, going gently but deeply and prayerfully into the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Sessions are for catechists, those who hope to be catechists, those seeking to know more about their faith, anyone interested in discovering more about the teaching of the Church, in fact anyone who is interested.
