Sundays Out

The idea of Sundays Out is that instead of meeting for our usual service, on the second Sunday of the month we will be getting out of the church box to be where people are.  The aim is to do this as a whole church community participating in various projects that seek to serve people, share with them, and speak the Good News of Jesus. Times for the morning 10.15  Meet at the church building for worship together 10.30  Out to activities 12.00  Back to the building for refreshments and to share stories 12.30  Finish

Memory Club - for those with cognitive impairment or dementia

The Stony Stratford Memory Club continues to thrive as a popular group for those with cognitive impairment or dementia. Carers have a break for 90 minutes. Held in Stony Stratford Community Church Hall accessed from the rear, on the opposite side of Tesco Extra's car park – on 2nd and 4th Mondays each month from 2.30-4.00pm. Fellowship Tea

Our group is specifically for the more elderly members of our community and church family. We enjoy a traditional tea and a time of fellowship in the church hall. There are comfortable chairs and a warm welcome for friends new and old. We begin with a thought for the day followed by traditional cake and sandwich tea. Everything is prepared and served by volunteers from our church. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month. We do not meet in August. Creative Threads Evening Group

Chat, learn creative skills and make different things, some for the church and charity. All are welcome, no experience necessary. Bring your friends. £1 per session for supplies. Generally the evening group meets on the 3rd Tuesday evening at church and the afternoon group meets on the 1st Tuesday afternoon in a private home in Stony Stratford.
