Ladies Styling with Veronika Workshop

A ladies-only workshop exploring movement, personal style and self-expression on the social dance floor. Style is one of the most powerful tools a follower has — it is the way you make your dancing uniquely yours. This workshop focuses on how to move with more confidence, fluidity and flair, introducing a range of styling points that you can begin incorporating into your social dancing straight away. Some will suit you immediately; others you will develop over time. That is the nature of style — it is individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all. Essence is a freestyle night with real character. Held at Buckingham Community Centre on Saturday nights, this is the freestyle that blends mainroom Ceroc energy with smooth Chill-out — versatile music for a versatile crowd, and a dance floor that fills from the first track. The Buckingham Soul Train

All aboard! The Buckingham Soul Train pulls into Buckingham Community Centre on Saturday 1st August for a night of classic grooves. Soul Train theme nights are Soul, Motown and Disco-inspired dance events with an energetic, uptempo vibe from the first track to the last. Expect the very best of Motown & Soul, Disco, Club Classics and 80s/90s Pop — the music that lit up the charts and never left the dance floor. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or simply love to move, this is a night built for letting loose. Doors open at 7:30pm, with dancing from 8:00pm until midnight. Entry is £12, cash or card on the door, and complimentary refreshments are served throughout the evening. DJ for the night is Marc Forster. Buckingham Bank Holiday Freestyle

The Buckingham Bank Holiday freestyle returns. Expect a party vibe from the get-go as we dive into a fine selection of delicious dancefloor delights. We will be straight into freestyle in the main hall from 7:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The music will mix modern main room and popular chill-out tracks. To accommodate our new members, we will hold a beginners’ class in the small hall with our taxi crew from 8:00 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. You will be happy to hear that complimentary refreshments are provided. You may wish to bring alcoholic beverages. You can pay at the door for £10; however, Ceroc Beds & Bucks regulars can purchase a gold card with 10 class-night entries for £75.
