LifeChurch Marriage Evenings

LifeChurch Marriage Evenings Following the success of the series last year, we are pleased to be running the Alpha Marriage Course. This is a series of evenings designed for married couples who want to spend some time investing in their relationship. We aim for a romantic, date-like evening where you will be able to enjoy some dessert, listen to a thought-provoking presentation, and spend time talking about the issues raised in those talks. The evenings are designed to be all about the two of you - there is no group sharing! Each session stands alone however we encourage couples to attend as many as possible. Why not give the first one a try and see what you think? Guest journals are available for £5 each, and you will need two copies so that you have one per person. The journal is designed for you to be able to reflect, to talk and to dream together about your future, not only on the course but afterwards too. Within it are helpful notes, quotations, illustrations, conversation starters and tasks which are referenced throughout the seven sessions. It includes space to write your thoughts and answer tasks you will do together. The journals cover the entire course, so you only need to buy them once. Foundations for Partnership

We run Foundations for Partnership every few months as an opportunity for people who are newer to the church family to find out more about LifeChurch Manchester, and how they can become involved further within the church.  During the sessions within Foundations for Partnership, we explain what Vision Partnership entails with an encouragement for people to become a Vision Partner of LifeChurch Manchester. (Please note, this is equivalent to becoming a 'church member' in some other churches). We understand that some people may feel that this is not appropriate for them, and we would be happy to talk this through with you.  Foundations for Partnership also provides a great opportunity for people to ask our Senior Leader, Andy Barclay-Watt, and the other leaders involved on the day, any questions that they may have about LifeChurch Manchester, e.g. about our doctrines or practices. The first session takes place during part of the church service, and the second session is after lunch. A light lunch will be provided for everyone who attends.
