Kintsugi Hope - Bridgend

We all have mental health—sometimes it's robust, other times we struggle. Life events can affect how we feel, and it's okay to need support along the way. That's why we're launching Kintsugi Hope — A 12-week small group designed to be a safe, welcoming space to explore emotional and mental wellbeing. Topics include anxiety, depression, loss, shame, forgiveness, and more. "Kintsugi" is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, highlighting the beauty in our brokenness. These groups reflect that idea—our experiences, even the painful ones, can lead to growth and restoration. The groups are peer-led, not therapy, and offer a chance to share, learn, and find community in a non-judgmental environment. Please Note: These groups are suitable for anyone over the age of 18, regardless of your mental health problem, as long as you are not currently in crisis, newly diagnosed, starting new medication for the first time or unstable in your current mental health. This doesn't mean the group is never for you, but may not be the best place for you at this moment.
