Khadine Morcom has been practising yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2004. She is a Senior Teacher in the Vajrasati Yoga School and assists on the teacher training course. Vajrasati yoga with Pablo

Pablo has been teaching Yoga since 2009. He recently completed a 2 year, 500+ hours (YAUK) teacher training with the Vajrasati school. He has a keen interest in Yoga philosophy and is currently enrolled on “Yoga Sutra Illuminated”, an online course with Tantra and Sanskrit scholar/practitioner Chris Wallis (Hareesh). Off the mat, Pablo is an experimental musician, releasing electronic music on international labels and touring regularly. For those with an established meditation practice This class is for you if you already have some meditation experience. We practise together in silence. The hour is usually split into two meditations separated by a short break. Each meditation is preceded by a reading or a poem but no teaching is involved once the practice begins. Friday Night Puja - in person at the Brighton Buddhist Centre

You are warmly invited to weekly in-person Puja at Brighton Buddhist Centre. Doors open 6.15pm for prompt 6.30pm start. Ends at 7.45pm. The evening will consist of a short meditation, a short talk on puja, the performance of the Sevenfold Puja, and ending in Noble Silence. Reluctant or unsure about Puja? Saturday morning drop-in meditation class

This is an open class with fully led practices. We start with an introduction to the mindfulness of breathing and a guided 30 minute practice. Then we do a 20 minute walking meditation. There is a short practical Dharma talk or mantra which leads us into the Metta Bhavana Practice. The session concludes with transference of merit. The practices flow into one another and the whole session offers an opportunity to unwind and be receptive to whatever is present. Lead by: Sripada There is no need to book, just turn up.
