Injury Prevention in Women's Football

A practical talk for female footballers and coaches on preventing injuries, led by ex-pro footballer and physio Kate Evans. Are you ready for next season? Join Kate Evans, physiotherapist and former professional footballer, for a practical, in-person talk on preventing injuries in football. Kate will cover: How to warm up properly, and why it matters more than most players think How to structure a simple strength training programme around training and matches Managing training load so you're not doing too much, too soon Recovering effectively between sessions and games Whether you're a player or a coach, you'll leave with practical, usable ideas, not just theory. After the talk: Everyone who attends is welcome to book a free 20-minute discovery visit or a full initial assessment, and will get £10 off their first paid session (whether that's the initial assessment, or the first follow-up after a discovery visit).
