Open Door

Children are always welcome in our church. Our monthly service specifically for all generations is the Open Door Service held on the first Sunday of the Month in Blockley church at 9:30am. It starts with breakfast, coffee and juice, followed by bible stories, singing, prayer and laughter. This month's service is on the theme of Welcomes and Goodbyes. Come along and find out more!

Concert by the Worcestershire Saxophone Quartet

An afternoon of entertaining music for four saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone) with tea and home made cake in the interval. Founded in 2012 by their director Louisa Davidson, the members of the quartet are all qualified, accomplished and experienced musicians. They enjoy playing the classical saxophone quartet repertoire alongside exploring more contemporary style pieces, including jazz and tangos, often written and arranged by saxophonists themselves. Tickets costing £15, inclusive of refreshments, will be available to purchase on the door and, if wished, can be reserved in advance by contacting one of the churchwardens. Children are welcome to come for free. Proceeds from the concert will be divided equally between the quartet and the church.
