Relax and Rejuvenate with a Gong Bath at The Gathering Space, Griffin Estate @sonicsanctuary,Mollie Venue: Griffin Estate, Bowden Hill, Lacock, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 2PP Gong Bath: Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound healing experience in the tranquil setting of the Gathering Space at Griffin Estate. A Gong Bath is a powerful form of sound therapy that can help ease stress, stimulate the glands and release emotional tension . The soothing vibrations encourage your body to shift into a state of deep calm and renewal by realigning the parasympathetic nervous system. What happens during the session: The sound of the gong gently guides your brain from its usual active (Beta) state into the meditative Theta and Delta waves. This shift can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and enhance mental clarity. No previous experience is necessary to take part. What to bring: A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on A blanket or duvet to keep warm A pillow for extra support Optional: a reclining chair Optional: an eye mask or covering Session Details: 6pm for a 6.15pm start - Please aim to arrive with plenty of time to get settled in. Free parking is available on-site. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the session begins.

SHE WHO MOVES: YOUR INNER FIRE Intuitive Dance and Movement Mini Retreat for Women On the eve of Summer Solstice, we will come together to ignite our INNER SPARK. We'll meet to move, dance, breathe, rest, connect and remember. There comes a moment when something within you begins to stir... It's hard to put into words but it's there and it's real. A sense that there is part of you that yearns to LIVE more and to feel FREE and ALIVE. This part of you feels - Deeper. Truer. More You. I’m creating a space for you in which you'll EXPERIENCE just that. This 3-hour journey is an invitation to reconnect with the FIRE within you that: - makes you feel ALIVE - fills you with ENERGY - gives you a sense of DIRECTION and INNER POWER - connects you to the LIFE FORCE flowing through your body - connects you to your deep knowing, intuition and wisdom A fire that has been there all this time but laid dormant. Let her speak. Let her dance. Let her awaken. WHAT TO EXPECT Our mini retreat is a space to energise, reconnect, and feel at home in your body and its wisdom. Through breathwork, simple gentle movement and free-form dance, we’ll explore the energy, wisdom, and ignite alchemy which lives in every woman’s body. You don’t need to be a “dancer” — there’s no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. Just you, your breath, your body, and the space to listen. We'll wind down with a restorative sound bath to help you integrate the experience.
