Explore Dunollie Castle grounds, take part in exciting running challenges, and build confidence through fun team activities. Time: 9am- 12pm Starting at the Corran Halls for some warm up activities and fun games. We will then make our way along to Dunollie Museum, Castle & Grounds where we will do some fun running drills and a castle grounds trail run. Pick up will be from Dunollie Museum Castle & Grounds. They will explore Dunollie Castle grounds, take part in exciting running challenges, and build confidence through fun team activities. Beacon Arts Centre is delighted to be hosting a weekly class designed especially for people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers. These classes are suitable for people with no dance experience and will develop confidence and creativity, whilst addressing Parkinson’s specific concerns such as: balance, flexibility, coordination, gait and social isolation.
