This Sacred Drumming Workshop invites participants to explore the ancient practice of collective drumming, using sound and vibration to restore balance, calm the mind, and cultivate a sense of belonging. Guided by an experienced facilitator, the session blends gentle ritual, intentional rhythm, breath, and mindfulness.
