This Sacred Drumming Workshop invites participants to explore the ancient practice of collective drumming, using sound and vibration to restore balance, calm the mind, and cultivate a sense of belonging. Guided by an experienced facilitator, the session blends gentle ritual, intentional rhythm, breath, and mindfulness. Participants will learn simple drumming patterns, explore improvisation in a supportive circle, and experience how shared rhythm can deepen awareness, relieve stress, and reconnect us with ourselves and each other. No musical experience is required — just a willingness to listen, play, and be present. Drums and percussion instruments will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have one
