This class is a gentle Hatha yoga class ideal for those who like to take things a little steadier, perhaps who are more mature, who have health conditions, physical difficulties/injuries/dodgy knees, are feeling burned out, or those who perhaps have a lot going on in life and just need some head space and gentle movement etc. The use of a Chair (provided) is welcome and encouraged where it might help. Psalms & Stretches is a gentle exercise class combining movement with meditation on scripture from the book of Psalms. A place where wellbeing meets worship.
