A Gong Bath is a powerful form of sound therapy that can help ease stress, stimulate the glands and release emotional tension . The soothing vibrations encourage your body to shift into a state of deep calm and renewal by realigning the parasympathetic nervous system. What happens during the session: The sound of the gong gently guides your brain from its usual active (Beta) state into the meditative Theta and Delta waves. This shift can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and enhance mental clarity. No previous experience is necessary to take part. What to bring: A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on A blanket or duvet to keep warm A pillow for extra support Optional: a reclining chair Optional: an eye mask or covering Session Details: 6pm for a 6.15pm start - Please aim to arrive with plenty of time to get settled in.
