A Quest Through Music

An orchestral journey through celebrated classical pieces and iconic video game soundtracks. Embark on a Quest Through Music, as Durham University Hill Orchestra transports you from the elegant ballrooms and city streets of classical music, to the enchanted kingdoms of video games. Featuring music from Zelda, Super Mario Galaxy, Dragon Quest, and Kirby, alongside celebrated pieces, including Beethoven's Egmont Overture and Gershwin's American in Paris, this performance will explore heroes and orchestral storytelling, in both past and present music. £8 Standard £7 Concession £6 Performing Arts Members This event is taking place at Elvet Methodist Church, Old Elvet, Durham, DH1 3HL.
