Step into the atmospheric surroundings of Landguard Fort and leave the outside world at the door for a little while. Settle into a peaceful sound journey with Michelle from Edge of Sacred. This calming session offers simple moments of rest surrounded by the quiet, grounding spirit of Landguard Fort. Michelle will guide you with soft spoken cues, gentle pauses, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong and voice — creating an experience that feels as natural and restorative as sitting by the sea. Bring a cosy blanket, get comfortable, and let the sounds drift around you like waves across the shingle. There’s nothing to learn or get right — just relax, breathe, and simply be. 50% of the proceeds of this event will go towards supporting the upkeep of Landguard Fort.
