Following a raucously funky show in Soho back in 2023, Bristol's heaviest groove merchants Stone Cold Hustle return to PizzaExpress Live with a masterful exploration of instrumental funk music. Expect deep pocket and slick improvisation, from a band notorious for getting entire jazz club audiences up out of their seats. It's all about the groove. Formed on the frontline of Bristol’s renowned jam scene, Stone Cold Hustle are emerging as one of the UK’s most dynamic and engaging funk bands. They play nothing but the heaviest funk grooves for the singular purpose of bringing people together and making them dance. Whether tearing up the Peace stage at Glastonbury Festival, packing out a sweaty bar in the heart of the city, or sharing bills with funk legend Fred Wesley, Stone Cold Hustle perform every gig like it’s their last.
