Normal museum admission prices also apply. Please book in advance – sessions are limited to 20 under 5’s. Book here: https://re-museum.digitickets.co.uk/event-tickets/35904?catID=35959& Tuesday 8th September – Medals of Honour The British Armed Forces honours service and personal accomplishments through the awarding of various medals. One of the most significant figures in wartime history is Colonel Vassal Steer-Webster CBE, who played a key role in masterminding the creation of the Mulberry Harbours. Minis will have the chance to view and hold replicas of the medals on display in the Museum, including one linked to Colonel Steer-Webster’s achievements. They will then recreate one of these medals, using pens to design the coloured ribbon and clay tools to carve into the medal’s surface, learning about the important contributions of those who served.
