The Pizza Perfectionist Class

Napoletana? Romana? all’Italiana? No idea? We will take you through the basic (and not so basic) tips and tricks on creating your own Pizza Dough, understanding the science behind the perfect dough, understanding how to make the perfect Passata and debating vigorously the endless combinations of fresh simple seasonal toppings that make this simple street bite one of the most loved regional Italian Foods across the world. Take your creation Home & have a slice of pizza with your fellow Devouree’s. Additional details The class starts at 4pm-6pm - please arrive by 3.45pm An arrival glass of small wine or a schooner of craft beer Classes must be purchased online and paid in advance Classes require online purchase and advance payment. Take home everything you create to savour with loved ones or indulge solo Allergen information At this event, guests may handle/be exposed to ingredients containing the following allergens: WHEAT, EGG, MILK, BARLEY, SULPHITES, CELERY Cancellation and Transfer Policy While our classes are non-refundable, you can opt to transfer to another class if you make the request at least 7 days before the course starts. The transfer will be valid for one month. To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly.
