Join Cecilia in the Cart House monthly/bi-monthly on a Monday evening where she will be playing three beautiful gongs, along with Crystal, Tibetan singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The vibration of the gong is a powerful method for reducing stress. The gong induces a holistic resonance in the body and a spontaneous meditative state in the mind, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and wholeness, and an intense sense of letting go. In tune with the lunar cycle, the sessions are held close to the new and full moons, a time to practice self-care and compassion ~ to travel inwards and release what no longer serves the soul while heightening our energetic vibration. Just as the new moon is a powerful time for intention setting, full moons bring closure and can help cleanse and clarify situations. Doors open from 6.45pm to start session will last for 75 Minutes. Free parking available on site.
