Menu: Tortilla de Patatas; Croquetas; Albondigas en Salsa; Pan Tumaca; Feta, Pomegranate and Mint Salad. In this Spanish class filled with the wonderful flavours of Tapas, you will learn: Tortilla de Patatas – A potato based Spanish omelette which makes a great base which you can add many ingredients to, to make it your own! We will be using smoked Gammon. Croquetas – Breaded cheesy ham bites, delicious and full of flavour. Albondigas en Salsa – Tasty Spanish meatballs in a tangy tomato sauce. Pan Tumaca – The Spanish version of Bruschetta! Feta, Pomegranate and Mint Salad – a fresh and zingy side dish. And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking! This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of Spanish ingredients, flavours and fun. This class costs £47.50 per person. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair.
