Designed for beginner and intermediate photographers, the retreat focuses on building confidence with the camera while exploring light, composition and the character of place. Through teaching, practice and gentle guidance, participants are supported to develop a more confident and personal photography practice. Learn how to look, capture and document the environment around you with intention and purpose. David has worked in the creative world for over 20 years. From junior designer to film maker and photographer, he has a wealth of technical and creative knowledge to kick start your photographic journey. From basic camera settings to editing your photos, learning to look, getting creative and composure to understanding focal lengths and ISO.

As the afternoon draws in, settle into a deeply nurturing yoga, acupressure, and restorative practice , allowing the body to soften and the mind to rest.
