Paul Jones, lead singer for Manfred Mann; leader of The Blues Band and star of stage and screen, arrives at Dean Street, for a unique London concert of Blues and Jazz. A presenter of the BBC Radio 2 Blues programme for thirty-two years, Paul Jones has been a household name since the 1960s. He is the voice of worldwide hits 'Do Wah Diddy Diddy', '5-4-3-2-1' and 'Pretty Flamingo and maintains a busy touring schedule as part of The Manfreds. Paul is supported by an all-star band featuring guitarist Denny Ilett; a regular at Ronnie Scott’s with his Electric Lady Big Band, plus Harry Greene – saxophones, Jim Watson – keyboards and George Double– drums. Paul presents an evening of rhythm and blues classics as well as some gems from the Manfred Mann and Blues Band back catalogues as well as some original material.
