Intermediate Paddleboard Session – Turning & step back turnThis two-hour intermediate SUP coaching session focuses on developing balance, control, turning and board handling through effective use of the step-back turn.The session is designed for paddlers with basic SUP experience who want to improve their manoeuvrability and confidence when turning, particularly in dynamic or confined environments.Coaching focus areas include:• Correct foot placement and weight transfer for stability• Paddle positioning and blade use to support balance and initiate the turn• Timing and coordination of the step-back movement• Maintaining control and recovery during and after the turnCoaching will be delivered through demonstrations, on-water practice, and individual feedback to help you perform the step-back turn smoothly and efficiently.These sessions will be delivered in small groups of no more then 6.
