The cuisine of Bengal in the Eastern part of India is known for its subtle yet fiery flavours. With an emphasis on fish, vegetables and lentils, served with rice, this is also a beautifully vibrant and healthy cuisine. Enjoy a unique and exciting niche in Indian cuisine and satisfy your love for seafood. WHAT TO EXPECT: + Chapputi + Prawn Malaikari + Fish Biryani + Biryani Masala + Tomato Macher Jhol Fish Curry. Exact recipes for this class will vary by season. This event is suitable for pescatarian and gluten free, not suitable for vegetarian or vegan. For home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors. WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School TIMES: 6-9pm COST: £90 per person per evening which includes all your food produce, and meal to take home and simple refreshments during the class. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable. WHAT TO BRING: Aprons can be borrowed though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
