10.00 am Session 11.00 am Session 2.00pm Session 2.45pm Session Pop-Up Parkour is back!!! Brings the excitement of parkour, free running, and dynamic movement directly to local community parks and events across the region. Using a variety of purpose-built equipment and obstacles, it offers young people a unique opportunity to explore Parkour movement techniques through jumps, vaults, rolls, and slides with professional coaches in high energy sessions. The workshops will be bookable and led by Ascension Dance Parkour coaches. Each one will have different skills to learn for variety. Workshop 1 / 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM £6 Workshop 2 / 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM £5 Drop in 1 / 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM FREE ( All Welcome children must be accompanied by an adult for the Free sessions) (Lunch Break / 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM) Workshop 3 / 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM £6 Workshop 4 / 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM £6 Drop in 2 / 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM FREE ( All Welcome children must be accompanied by an adult for the Free sessions) The drop-in session will be open to all on the day and will need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times Age: 7 + You can book for as many sessions as you want Combining structured workshops with supervised open play, Pop-Up Parkour is an, inclusive activity that invites young people to challenge their physical abilities in a fun, high-energy environment.
