About this event
Melting into the therapeutic waves of a sound bath using different instruments including crystal singing bowls & drums. The instruments are all tuned to different frequencies and when played the vibrations ripple through the air and through your physical body helping to release tensions we hold in our organs, muscles and fascia. Warmth and comfort is key, feel free to bring any extra pillows and blankets to be extra cosy. ** Please notify us of any medical concerns/injuries prior to the event. For individuals with severe, unmanaged PTSD, epilepsy, or pacemakers, or in pregnancy, it is advised to consult a professional before attending, as strong sound vibrations could be triggering or physically affecting.
