About this event

3 key strategies to begin re-claiming your happiness and let go of anger for good. When Saturday 18th April 15:00-17:00 About the Event: Anger is a very normal and natural feeling. It’s what defines your boundaries and alerts you to when they are broken. The problem is, how we express our anger is important because if it’s not managed properly it can chip away at our relationships, limit our opportunities and destroy our happiness. In this two hour workshop you will learn a handful of key strategies to manage angry behaviours and begin to uncover the root causes of why you’re feeling this way. About the Facilitator: Hi I’m Ben, I provide the tools to help you express your anger more calmly so you can find the peace and happiness you and others around you deserve. I have been working in the field of anger management since 2017. Beginning as a client in the British Association of Anger Management (BAAM)’s programmes, I was then invited to train as a coach and completed my Anger Academy diploma in 2023.
