KANPAI TURNS 10 - Celebratory Archive Tasting

Join us as we celebrate 10 years of KANPAI with a very special one-night-only archive tasting. Over the past decade we've brewed hundreds of batches, experimented with countless techniques, and watched British sake evolve from a curiosity into a thriving category. For this anniversary event, we're opening the cellar and sharing a hand-picked selection of rare and aged bottles from across our journey. Taste your way through the story of KANPAI, exploring how our brewing has developed over the years, from early releases to award-winning favourites and a few surprises that have been quietly maturing in our archive. Hosted by our brewing team, this open access tasting will offer a unique opportunity to compare vintages, discover how sake evolves with age, and hear some of the stories behind some of our most memorable brews. Expect: Open access of rare archive sakes spanning 10 years of KANPAI Relaxed, informal event - not a structured tasting, rather a chance to explore at your own pace Share in stories, insights and behind-the-scenes brewing anecdotes Limited bottles that may never be poured again Sake cup to use on the night for your archive exploration and take home with you Kitchen and bar will be open as usual for any extras you may want to purchase and enjoy Whether you've been with us since the beginning or are discovering KANPAI for the first time, this is a chance to raise a glass to the past, present and future of British sake.
