Our Friday evening schedule consists of : 6:30pm - 1 period of zazen of 30 or 35 minutes chanting of the 4 bodhisattva vows 7:05pm - a dharma talk, or training, or opportunity to ask questions 7:45pm (ish) - social time! a chance to sit around the table and eat chips and socialise :-)
