In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the techniques of screen print and monoprinting, using a screen print frame and ink provided to paint, create and pull your own unique colourful print works onto paper to take home! Whether you’re an art enthusiast or just looking to try something new, this workshop is perfect for all ages and skill levels. Course structure • Introduction to the technique and process and view examples of Adam’s prints • Demonstration of screen printing, & how to set up & use the equipment • Learn how to flood the screen, pull a print and mix screen inks • Planning your image • Registration with the acetate and the board • Cleaning the screen and setting up for the next print • Troubleshooting Pre course information No pre-course preparation required but it would be useful to come with ideas, or examples/images of work that you like. Experience level Suitable for all abilities and those interested in screen printing. Maximum 8 places
