Menu: Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry, Penang Curry and Massaman Curry Immerse yourself in the flavours of Thai food in this feast of a class. You will learn: Balancing Thai flavours Creating a variety of Thai spice pastes Making and cooking with a Thai marinade Preparing and cooking Thai ingredients Preparing and cooking 4 different Thai curries And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking! Get ready for a night full of Thai ingredients, flavours and fun. This class costs £47.50 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together. However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.
