Best known for his work with Leeds based legend Mik Artistik, and acoustic roots band Colour Of Light, Jonny Flockton has carved a path on the guitar as an individual voice. Iggy Pop is a fan, describing Jonny on B.B.C. 6 Music as “ Unique and Learned”. Jonny will be performing work from his upcoming solo release, entitled “Factories” inspired by the ambient music of artists such as Brian Eno, guitar icon Derek Bailey, and pianist Matthew Bourne.
